Russell Crowe to Join ‘Man of Steel’ in Taormina

This year’s Taormina Film Festival will be opened by the premiere of Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel. Henry Cavill, director Zack Snyder, and now Russell Crowe will be attending the premiere. The 59th edition of the festival will open on 15th of June, 2013. Man of Steel will hit the theaters of Italy on the 20th of June. For more info on the festival, please visit Taormina Film Festival. As previously reported, this year’s Taormina opener on June 15 will be Zack Snyder’s Superman reboot “Man of Steel.”

Fest has now announced that Snyder and “Steel” protag Henry Cavill, and co-star Amy Adams, who plays Lois Lane, will be making the trek for the bow in Taormina’s ancient Greek theater.
